Plan training with AI that actually writes into your plan

NoteFit connects to Claude and ChatGPT as a connector. From there the assistant stops handing you text to copy and starts creating the blocks, the weeks and the sessions in your account.

From an empty month to a five-week block: the plan is written into the account, not pasted back into it.

The difference: the plan gets written, not discussed

Asking a chatbot for a training plan gives you text. Then you have to read it, decide what to keep, and type it by hand into wherever you actually train — and do that again every week. It is why almost everyone tries it once and stops: the work was never writing the plan, it was keeping it.

With the connector attached, the assistant sees your athletes and your plan and writes into them. A whole 4-to-12-week block — weeks and sessions inside it — is created in a single call. A whole roster goes in at once from a CSV pasted into the chat. The conversation stops producing text and starts producing the plan.

The link uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), the mechanism these assistants use to talk to outside tools. There is no extension to install and no key to generate: you paste an address, sign in to your account and approve.

What the copilot can do

42 tools in all. These are the categories, each with something you can actually type.

  • Read what is already there

Sees your athletes, the weeks, volume per muscle, the trend across the block and the load history of every exercise.

You can type: What needs my attention today?

  • Plan and write

Creates blocks, weeks and sessions, edits them and copies them. A 4-to-12-week block can be created whole in one call — or nothing is created at all, if any week comes back malformed.

You can type: Create a 5-week upper/lower block for Sofia, starting Monday.

  • Manage athletes

Creates one athlete or a whole roster at once, updates details and measurements, archives whoever no longer trains with you.

You can type: Here is my roster as a CSV — create all of them.

  • Log what was done

Records the load on an exercise and leaves notes on a session.

You can type: Log 82.5 kg on today’s bench press.

  • Week templates

Saves a week as a template and applies it to another athlete or another week, without deleting what was already there.

You can type: Save this week as a template and apply it to João.

  • Share

Creates and revokes share links and manages who has access to a block.

You can type: Create a share link for Sofia’s block.

  • Find exercises

Searches the catalogue by name, equipment or muscle before building the session.

You can type: Which back exercises do I have with dumbbells?

Pick your assistant

The steps are nearly the same in both. The menu is what moves.

What stays yours

The connection is yours and revocable. You approve it in your own account, you see which assistants are connected under Account → Connected apps, and you disconnect any of them whenever you want. The assistant never sees more than your account sees: the same athletes and the same permissions you already had.

Reading and writing are separate grants. On the approval screen you can untick writing and connect read-only — and a read-only connection is never even shown the write tools. When it does write, it writes with your session, so the app’s own permissions decide what it may touch, not the assistant.
